Working principle

4. Centrifugal powder classifier

6. Air Screen

VANGUARD Crushing Production Line Successfully Put Into Operation In Russia

White clouds float in the blue sky of Russia in July. Under the sky is the whole set of crushing production lines installed by VANGUARD staff. And the blue equipment and the blue sky have made a beautiful landscape there.

According to the customer's raw materials and site overview, Vanguard Machinery has selected the production line for Russian customers as follows:
The equipment selected for this production line is a set of advanced equipment that has undergone long-term market inspection and has a very perfect design, production, and processing technology. In the whole set of production line solutions, Vanguard Machinery jaw crusher and impact crusher play an important role. The finished product has a uniform particle size, excellent grain shape, and stable output. The successful commissioning of this production line has had a good market effect and laid the foundation for our company to develop deeply into the local market in Russia.

 
Technical Process:
After the raw material limestone is sent to the jaw crusher for rough crushing by the vibrating feeder, the initially crushed stone is sent to the impact crusher for secondary crushing by the belt conveyor. Then the crushed stone is fed into a circular vibrating screen through a belt conveyor for screening. The materials with the particle size of 0-5mm, 5-20mm, and 20-40mm after screening are respectively conveyed into the finished material pile by the belt conveyor, and the output is a high-quality finished material. The output size larger than 40mm is sent back to the impact crusher for crushing again through the reverse belt conveyor.
Feedback:
On July 20th, the Russian crushing production line was successfully installed to run. With the start of the equipment, the final products fell down. The customers gave the thumbs-up and satisfied smiles and praised our products.
